During your visit you will be introduced to a culture that is committed

Our employees embrace the PDI safety and sustainability charters;
they model PDI's Code of Conduct. This culture is based on the belief
that injuries are not acceptable and that all work tasks should
be performed correctly and safely the first time. To ensure this
becomes a reality, standards and work practices are established
to prevent injury to people, damage to equipment, loss to the process
and undo disturbance to the environment.
Our employees are integral to sustaining this culture. Much emphasis
is dedicated to the selection of the proper employees and their
development once hired. Training and orientation programs have been
developed and implemented, and work practices will be conducted
according to these standards. We expect all members of the joint
venture to participate and assist in maintaining these standards.
Technical and professional training is also provided enhancing their
